<p>You are ready to fund a FHA purchase, only to find out that the Appraiser conditioned the report “subject too repairs” Now what?</p>
<p>This does not have to happen on a FHA Purchase. This problem can be solved with a Pre-FHA appraisal Inspection. This consists of have an inspection of the property prior to the appraiser coming out. This inspection will look for all the FHA minimum property requirements.  Wallace Real Estate Services provides this service for a small fee of $125. This is a small price to pay for a piece of mind. We will provide a report with photos listing any repairs that might required from a FHA Appraiser.</p>
